#BeTheChurch

Here's how you can get involved:

He is risen! Hallelujah! Jesus has risen! Now what? How did the earliest Christians respond to this incredible miracle of God? What does it mean for Jesus to be resurrected? Is resurrection what we think it is? Join us starting April 15 at 6:30PM in the Loft for deep dive in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, why it is so important, and what it means for who we are today! Contact Dr. James Johnson.

The Northside Kitchen has three more treats in store for Wednesday Night Dinners before the season ends on April 29: on April 15, a crowd favorite: spaghetti and meatballs; April 22, a Mexican feast: beef and chicken tacos with refried beans and rice; on April 29, Northside Kitchen’s famous fried chicken. Join us from 5:00 to 6:45PM in the Watson Faith & Arts Center.

All year, many of our students have participated in Confirmation Class and grown in their faith and understanding of what it means to be a Christian. Our Confirmation service is the culmination of this experience as our student participants become fully confirmed in the United Methodist Church. Join us as we celebrate with them on Sunday, April 19 at 5:00PM in the Sanctuary. Confirmation students will have a rehearsal in the Sanctuary at 10:00AM that morning, and then return to the church by 4:00PM in the Fellowship Hall to prepare and celebrate. Contact Daniel Moye.

Please join Northside Children’s Music Ministry on Sunday, April 26, 2026 for our Annual Spring Musical Performance! This year’s production will be “The Rock Slinger and His Greatest Hit!” detailing the Story of David and Goliath. This free event begins at 5:00PM and is open to everyone. Doors will open at 4:30PM. We hope you’ll join us! Contact Nathan Schreer.

Northside’s Music, Art & Drama (MAD) Camp is a 4-day musical experience for children rising 1st through 5th grade. The camp runs from Monday, June 8 through Thursday, June 11 from 12:30 to 4:00PM. The cost is $250. Campers will learn various arts expressions — including singing, drama, instruments, and crafts — in a fun and engaging environment. Note, this event works in conjunction with Northside’s Vacation Bible School! Contact Nathan Schreer.
